This piece of history can now be yours! The Hennepin Nordiques were apart of the USHL from 1979 - 1980 as one of the first teams of the USHL Junior Hockey era. The very next year, after Waterloo moved their franchise to Dubuque, they gained ownership of the Nordiques and became the current day Waterloo Black Hawks.
